Bulletin to makers of feet products everywhere: NOBODY LIKES UGLY FEET! That means as soon as you show us your product and immediately show how it helps someone's ugly heels or disgusting toe fungus, we swtich the channel.
The latest offender: a product called Heeltastic. Now mind you, I think the concept is wonderful: a product that whn you apply it, it smooths out the rough spots on your feet. But sometimes, some things are better just said instead of shown. Do I really want to see a woman using a sander on her feet? Or the other woman using her hard heels to pop a balloon? (And by the way, do men not care about having soft feet? How come there are no men popping balloons here?)
Lots of things in this commercial are a turn-off. Not the product itself. It's great. But how about the woman with the black panty hose. How about those bricks she calls feet? I'm betting she shops for shoes in men's department. It shows her feet tearing through her panty hose. They want us to believe it's because her heels are hard, but I think it's because there are no panty hose made that will fit her feet!
Oh and one more thing for the commercial'screators: when you boast that your product is a blend of neem oil and karanja oil....you might as well be speaking gibberish. Never heard of those. As far as I know they might be poisons or acids.
I've seen the results of Heeltastic and it's a great product. But please stop repulsing us with the commercials. Put some shoes on all your models already!
